We’re excited to welcome you to this retreat! To keep things clear and smooth for everyone, please review the following policies before booking.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Remaining balances must be paid by the date specified on invoice. If your balance is not received by that date, your spot may be released. Following the deposit, payment plans are available for the remaining balance .

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.

• Remaining balances are refundable until [insert date]. After that, no refunds can be issued.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (please notify us in writing).

Liability & Responsibility

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own health, safety, and well-being during the retreat.

• You release Kerleisha Jones/Black Girls With Bookmarks from liability for any personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damages that may occur during travel or the retreat itself.

• You will consult with your healthcare provider about your ability to participate in retreat activities, if necessary.

Dietary Needs

Meals will include a variety of options, and dietary restrictions shared in advance will be accommodated as best as possible. Severe allergies should be disclosed during registration so we can plan accordingly.

Photography & Community

Photos may be taken during the retreat for community sharing and promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed. This is a community-centered retreat, and attendees are expected to participate with a mindset of kindness, respect, and inclusivity/
