We’ll be surrounded by the mountains while we enjoy a weekend of reading, book discussion, cozy activities, and connecting with your fellow book club members.

Essentials

The retreat will be held April 10-12, 2026 at a private cabin in Boone, NC. Exact location will be shared with confirmed attendees.

Lodging, meals, activities, and retreat programming are included. Travel to and from the retreat is not.

Transportation to/from the cabin, any optional add-ons, and personal purchases (like snacks or souvenirs).

Absolutely! Shared rooms are matched thoughtfully, and you’ll be part of a welcoming group from the moment you arrive.

Shared rooms are double occupancy. If you register without a roommate in mind, you’ll be paired with another attendee based on your preferences (quiet vs. social, early bird vs. night owl, etc.).

You’ll submit preferences in advance so we can plan accordingly. Meals are buffet-style unless otherwise notated.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else.

Bring your personal essentials plus any favorite books, journals, or comfort items. A suggested packing list will be sent closer to the retreat.
